Sydney graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at Algonquin College with an advanced diploma, and is continuing her education by taking a Fitness and Health Promotion program in effort to become a personal trainer. With these two professions, she believes she can have a thorough understanding of the human body and help people reach their health and wellness goals. Pain relief, client education, and client centered care are key aspects to her treatments. She is energetic, friendly, and passionate about caring for others and helping them understand and maintain healthy lifestyles.
Sydney can offer a wide variety of massage treatments, but her focus has been on myofascial release, deep tissue, posture correction, relieving joint stiffness, correcting whiplash and ultimately promoting relaxation. When she is not studying or giving massages, she loves to maintain a healthy life style through fitness, freestyle skiing, experimenting with food, and exploring the wilderness.
